Gita’s natural curiosity about people brought her to Lumina Learning and since 2013 she is a partner of Lumina Learning in the Baltics.

I am sure that Lumina’s place is at the heart of learning organisations. Whatever change challenges take place, the success of the transformation depends on people being conscious of their own manifestation and the impact they have on everything around them.

Gita supports L&D people in organisations, leaders and leadership teams, coaching and learning professionals to integrate Lumina Learning psychometrics into different development solutions that enables transformations, rises intelligences, meaningful relationships and effective leadership.

The essence of my mission is to promote Self-Leadership skills that enable people to be fully authentic and self-reliant leaders, conscious of their triggers, thoughts and emotions, and are able to lead their personality by Self-Agency.
