About the Baltic Partnership

Gita Meldere, M.Ed., PCC, is an ICF-certified PCC coach, educator and Lumina Learning® Partner for the Baltics. She explores, educates and creates conditions for awareness to emerge, integrating Lumina Learning® psychometrics, coaching and other evidence-informed approaches to deepen understanding of the human experience across relationships, career and the workplace.

Her work is grounded in the belief that development is not simply about becoming better at what we already do. It is also about creating the conditions for something new to become possible.
